CUSTOM-TAILORED SUIT down payment

Down Payment is required for all custom suits orders.

The full balance must be paid before each finished suit is shipped or picked up.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Custom suit DOWNPAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE - the competition suit must be executed within 12 months from the down payment date. In the event your show was canceled, or you decided not to compete, the down payment can be used as store credit ONLY. And applicable ONLY when the suit has not been sent to production yet. If the suit is already in the making the following policy applies. 

• Down payment policy:

  Some cases will require for you to place a down payment during the design process:

  $300 USD for suits made with Preciosa Maxima crystals.

  50% USD of the suit total value for all other suits made with Crystals from other countries.

  The balance of the suit total is due when the suit is completed and ready for shipment. We will email you a final invoice. The invoice is due upon receipt, and you will have 14 days to pay this balance. If the Outstanding suit balance is not paid in full upon suit completion, the suit will be placed on hold for 30 days (from completion/estimated ship date) After 30 days the down payment and the suit will be considered forfeited/lost. 

  No refunds, no store credit will be issued. Although we understand the circumstances, there is no exceptions on this policy.

Current turn around time bikini/wellness is 8-10 weeks. 

Turn around time doesn't start until the down payment has been received.  

We will email you to schedule a consultation to address any questions and to finalize your design.  

Rushed orders can be expedited at additional cost of $150 (please pay RUSH MY ORDER FEE, see rush order important details) you would need to get our approval to make sure we have everything need to expedite your order ahead of time prior to purchase. 

Rush charge will be applied to all orders that fall outside of normal production times. See current production times on the website banner) 

 UPGRADE AND ADD A PRACTICE SUIT $150 (SAME AS COMPETITION SUIT WITHOUT CRYSTALS)

Any orders placed with less than 6 weeks’ notice are subject to rush fees.

Payment information (down payment $300.00 USD+ shipping) will be collected upon receipt of your order. Suits totals exceeding $900.00 USD will require 50% down payment.
